Message	you could put a similar set-up together for under $10 at the hardware store. A length of vinyl tubing and a reducer for the garden hose. Then a handful of zip ties to attach the vinyl tubing to the air line. Adjust the spigot to a slow drip and start sanding. I good DA wont cost anywhere near $250.
